Getting started
Install Scanix Desktop, activate your license, and start scanning in under five minutes.
This page walks you through the shortest path from "I just signed up" to "I'm scanning". If you already have an active license and just need to set up a new device, skip ahead to Activation.
1. Create an account
Sign up at scanix.co with email or Google. You'll get a verification email — click the link to confirm your address.
2. Pick a plan (or start a trial)
Every new account is eligible for a 30-day free trial of the Standard tier. Start it from your Licenses page — no credit card needed.
If you're ready to commit, pick a plan from Pricing. We'll email your activation key the moment checkout completes.
3. Download Scanix Desktop
Grab the latest installer from the Download page. We sign every build for macOS and Windows; verify the signature if your security policy requires it.
4. Activate your device
Launch Scanix and paste the activation key from your email. The app binds the license to your machine's hardware ID; you can move it later from the Licenses page if you switch computers.
That's it — you're ready to scan.
