Sign in
Sign in to Scanix with email and password, a magic link, or your Google account.
Scanix supports three sign-in methods. Use whichever fits how you set up your account.
Email and password
- Go to scanix.co/login.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Sign in.
You'll land on your account dashboard at /account.
Magic link (no password)
If you'd rather not type a password every time:
- Go to scanix.co/login.
- Enter your email and click Send magic link.
- Open the email from
noreply@scanix.coand click Sign in to Scanix.
The link is single-use and expires after a short time. If you click it on the same browser where you requested it, you'll be signed in immediately.
- Go to scanix.co/login.
- Click Continue with Google.
- Pick your Google account if prompted; approve access if it's the first time.
You'll be redirected back to Scanix already signed in.
What happens next
Your session lasts 30 days. You'll stay signed in across browser tabs and most refreshes. If you sign out manually, or your session expires, you'll need to sign in again.
Troubleshooting
"Invalid email or password." Check for typos and Caps Lock. If you're sure the email is right but you can't remember the password, reset it.
"Please verify your email first." Sign-up is complete only after you click the verification link we emailed you. Check your inbox (including spam) for an email from noreply@scanix.co. If it's missing, request a new password reset — that flow re-sends a verification email too.
"My magic link doesn't work." Magic links are single-use and time-limited. Request a new one. If the link opens but doesn't sign you in, make sure you're opening it in the same browser where you requested it (not, e.g., a webmail preview pane that opens a hidden window).
"Google says my account isn't connected." That happens if you signed up with email/password and now try to sign in with Google using the same address. Sign in with email/password instead, or contact support to merge them.
