Scanix has three tiers. They share the same core OCR engine but differ in how many devices you can run on, which advanced features you get, and how support works.

Common questions
Can I switch between Standard and Pro later? Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade any time at /account/billing. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing? Yearly saves about 17% compared to monthly. You can switch billing intervals later (Stripe handles the proration).
Do you offer discounts for non-profits, education, or open-source? Yes — contact us with details about your organization and we'll work something out.
Is there a free plan? No long-term free plan, but every account gets a 30-day free trial of the Standard tier with no card required.
Can I try Pro features during my trial? The trial is Standard-tier. To test Pro features, start with a paid Pro subscription — you can downgrade or cancel at any time, and Stripe handles the proration.
