Reset your password

Forgot your Scanix password? Reset it in three clicks.

You can reset your password from the sign-in page without contacting support.

Reset your password

  1. Go to scanix.co/forgot-password.
  2. Enter the email address on your Scanix account.
  3. Click Send reset link.
  4. Open the email from noreply@scanix.co and click Reset password.
  5. Enter a new password (at least 8 characters), confirm it, and click Save.

You'll be signed in automatically after the new password is saved.

What happens next

  • Your previous password stops working immediately.
  • All your active sessions in other browsers stay signed in until they expire (30 days). If you suspect someone else has access, sign out of every other session by clearing cookies on those devices, or contact support to invalidate them all at once.
  • If you signed up with Google, you don't have a password to reset — sign in with Google instead.

Troubleshooting

"I didn't get the email." Check your spam folder. If it's still missing after 5 minutes, double-check the email address you typed (a typo means the link goes nowhere). Try again with the correct address.

"The link doesn't work." Reset links expire after a few hours and are single-use. Request a new one.

"I don't remember which email I used." Contact support and we'll help you locate the account.
