Create your account
Sign up for Scanix with email and password, or with your Google account.
You'll need a Scanix account before you can start a trial, manage licenses, or download the desktop app. Sign-up takes about a minute.
Sign up with email
- Go to scanix.co/register.
- Enter your email address and a password.
- Click Create account.
- Check your inbox for a verification email from
noreply@scanix.co. - Click the Verify your email button in the email.
You'll be signed in automatically after verification and redirected to your account dashboard at /account.
Sign up with Google
If you'd rather skip the password, click Continue with Google on the sign-up page. You'll be redirected to Google to approve access (we only ask for your name and email), then sent back to Scanix already signed in. No verification email needed — Google has already verified your address.
Password requirements
- At least 8 characters
- Mix of letters and numbers recommended
- Avoid passwords you've used elsewhere
What happens next
Once your account is verified you can:
- Start a 30-day free trial — no credit card required
- Pick a paid plan and check out
- Download the desktop app once you have a license
Troubleshooting
"I didn't get the verification email." Check your spam folder. If it's still missing after a few minutes, click Resend verification on the sign-in page (or reset your password — that flow re-sends a verification email if your address isn't yet confirmed).
"Email already in use." That email already has a Scanix account. Try signing in instead, or reset your password if you've forgotten it.
"My company uses single sign-on (SSO)." Standard Scanix accounts use email/password or Google. If you need SAML/Okta SSO for your team, contact us — that's an Enterprise feature.
